Banner Health, one of the nation’s premier non-profit health systems has an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established Primary Care Team in Loveland, Colorado! If you are looking for an opportunity to work in an outpatient setting while working alongside collaborative team members with flexible scheduling, then look no further! 

Our Advanced Practice Provider will have their own patient panel and clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness, and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Experienced FNP designation with CO license eligibility
  • DEA with prescriptive authority required
  • Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Some additional details about the position:

  • Outpatient Primary Care clinic with Lab and Radiology on-site
  • Clinic open Mon-Sat, flexible schedules for our providers
  • Neighborhood clinic treating all ages
  • Average patient volume: 18-20/day
  • 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
  • Light call - phone call consult only
  • Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
  • Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!
  • Designated as a NCQA Certification Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home™ (PCMH), NCQA’s highest designation
  • As one of the nations largest non-profit health systems, you'd qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program
