About the Community

Located just 30 miles north of Grand Rapids, Grant is a growing, rural community with a rich history located along the M-37 corridor in Newaygo County. Dubbed a “Farm to Table” district, Grant revels in its superb multigenerational farms, the beauty in its myriad fruit orchards and farm-to-table restaurants. Grant is also considered an outdoorsman’s paradise with 234 lakes, 356 miles of rivers and over 100,000 acres of national forest located within Newaygo County. Grant is a short 30-minute drive to the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan.

About Us

Family Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in West Central Michigan. Founded in 1967 as one of the first community health centers in the nation, we provide medical, dental, laboratory, radiology, behavioral health care, vision, and retail pharmacy services at six main offices located in Baldwin, Big Rapids, Cadillac, Grant, McBain and White Cloud.
