A not-for-profit regional hospital serving a ten county region. Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is a 165-bed facility located between the communities of Mattoon (population 17,000) and Charleston (population 17,000). With more than 200 medical staff and more than 3,000 employees we’re growing rapidly and adding specialties. Physician and employee satisfaction surveys are consistently in the top decile nationally in job satisfaction and engagement.
