* *Job Title:* Physical Therapist
* *Location:* Appleton Area Health Services
* *Position type: *Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
* *Hours/Schedule: *This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
* *Settings:* This position will provide patient care across a range of settings, including Outpatient, Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities (LTC/SNF), and Hospital Inpatient.
