*Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Per Diem*

As a PTA, you'll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility and recover their independence. You'll provide one-on-one care, follow therapy plans, and track progress to ensure the best outcomes. Your support helps patients stay motivated and reach their goals safely and effectively.

*Position Qualifications:*

• Graduate of an accredited program - New Grads Welcome

• Current PTA Wisconsin state license

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Skilled Nursing Facility Experience Preferred but not required

• Rehab Optima Knowledge preferred but not required
