We are continuing our clinical endeavors this summer with the highly successful Summer Experience Enrichment Program!
*Role Summary*
* Conduct individual, family, and group therapy.
* Engage in crisis intervention and diagnostic assessments.
* Develop and implement treatment plans.
* Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team.
*Minimum Requirements*
* Active Maryland LGPC/LCPC, LGFT/LCMFT, LMSW/LCSW-C license.
* Availability for a minimum of 10 sessions/week.
* Reliable high-speed internet.
* Satisfactory CJIS/FBI report.
* Professional malpractice liability insurance.
*Skills & Abilities*
* Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on confidentiality.
* Demonstrated crisis management skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
* Provide therapy and document sessions.
* Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
* Meet weekly productivity targets.
* Participate in professional development.
