We are *Rausch PT*, a progressive, therapist-owned rehab and wellness center with two locations in South Orange County, CA. We aren't your average physical therapy practice. Our fun, dynamic team of young professionals helps active individuals-from ages 8 to 80-recover from surgery or injury, and more importantly, stay healthy for life. We emphasize holistic treatment, training, and preventative care.
*We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team!*

*Responsibilities*
* Full-time Physical Therapist, specializing in Manual Therapy, Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Sports-Specific Rehab
* Work with a highly active clientele, including post-surgical, sports, and orthopedic patients
* Focus primarily on Direct Access patients
* Develop individualized therapeutic exercise programs
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations
*Qualifications*
* Licensed Physical Therapist in California
* New grads welcome! Our mentorship programs set you up for long-term success
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and creative in developing treatment plans
* Enjoys working as part of a tight-knit team
* An active lifestyle or sports background is a plus!
