*Responsibilities*
* Manage the overall operations of the residence, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.
* Coordinate with nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care, including monitoring vital signs and managing outpatient services.
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy.
* Oversee the training and development of staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in patient service.
* Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center environment to facilitate optimal care for residents.
* Maintain accurate documentation related to patient care and operational procedures.
* Address resident concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a supportive living environment.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within a Skilled Nursing Facility, hospital or ICU environment.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols.
* Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a residential or healthcare facility.
* Familiarity with outpatient services and the ability to coordinate care across different departments.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on patient service.
