Straits Area Senior Living Community is tucked away inside it's own little paradise right next to the heart of St. Ignace, Michigan. Straits Area Senior Living Community has an opportunity for a Clinical Coordinator.
Key job duties include:
1. Providing ongoing clinical evaluations as well as timely and accurate completion of the Resident Assessment, Service Plan and associated tasks.
2. Providing individualized attention which encourages each resident's ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
3. Assisting community with medication management/administration and pharmacy utilization trends. Ensures appropriate training of employees involved in medication management per state regulations and company standards.
4. Performing various tasks to ensure excellent resident care including vital signs, residents' weights, applying creams/ointments, collecting specimens, etc.
5. Supervising/overseeing clinical services.
6. Coordinating all care of residents with their physicians and family members.
