We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-clinic and home-based team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The BCBA will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to a caseload of 6-8 clients, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with families and other professionals to promote optimal outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement.
* Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans targeting skill acquisition and behavior reduction, ensuring they align with best practices and ethical guidelines.
* Supervision: Provide training, supervision, and ongoing support to RBTs and other staff implementing behavior-analytic interventions.
* Data Collection and Analysis: Oversee accurate data collection, analyze data trends, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
* Collaboration: Work closely with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
* Professional Development: Stay current with developments in ABA research and practices, attending workshops and pursuing continuing education opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
* Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
* Certification: Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) or willing to obtain certification
* Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Behavioral Therapy
* Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in developing and implementing ABA interventions; ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Compliance: Knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements relevant to ABA services.
