We are seeking to find an equally energized and skilled physical therapist to add to our growing practice. We offer a well-rounded benefits package, incentivized pay structure, continuing education opportunities, generous PTO with paid holidays, flexibility in scheduling and a *sign-on bonus of $5,000*.
*Duties*
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in both clinic and hospital settings to provide integrated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
*Qualifications*
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Missouri license to practice physical therapy.
- At least one year of experience in geriatrics, neuro, and orthopedics recommended.
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and physical therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
