Grow Pediatric Therapy, a therapist-owned pediatric occupational therapy clinic, is looking for a capable and enthusiastic licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Eugene, Oregon.

*Major Duties*

* Helping children learn life skills is vital to grow into self-sufficient, independent adults
* Provide evidence-based interventions to address cognitive, sensory, social, self-care, fine motor, and gross motor skills
* Promote optimal function and engagement in daily living activities, play, and educational opportunities
* Treatment planning, administration, and evaluation
* Form close relationships with patients and families to contribute to a holistic, person-centered view of care
* Complete paperwork promptly and collect data on patients to track progress

*Supportive Duties*

* Build self-esteem and confidence in patients
* Communicate effectively between supervisors, parents, and co-workers
* Incorporating play into services to reduce anxiety and motivate patients
* Collaborate with children, families, educators, and other health professionals
* Work within independent and group therapy sessions

*Minimum Qualifications*

* Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
* OR Degree from an Associate's Occupational Therapy Program
* Oregon State OT license
* Excellent verbal and communication skills
* Extensive knowledge in sensory and developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, other learning disabilities, and genetic disorders
* Compassionate and caring attitude toward care

*Preferred Qualifications*

* Experience working with low-income families
* Dual language proficiency
* Ability to work with a diverse population
* Ability to enroll in continuing education programs
* Creative, innovative approach to each patient's individual needs
* Proficiency in Google programs (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $69,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
