*Position Overview*:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist. In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing direct one-on-one care to help individuals recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our patients in a friendly, supportive environment.

*Key Responsibilities*:

* Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
* Provide hands-on therapy and rehabilitation techniques for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
* Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness
* Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results
* Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with our policies and procedures
* Foster strong relationships with patients and their families to build trust and ensure a positive experience.

*Qualifications*:

* Current or pending Physical Therapist license in Virginia
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Previous outpatient experience preferred but strongly encourage new graduates to apply.
* Passionate about providing excellent patient care and improving lives
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Pay*:

* $72,000 - $95,000 per year
* Monthly & Annual Bonus (up to $5000 +) This isn't just based upon productivity!

Pay: $77,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
