*Total Therapy Florida Mobile is looking to add a therapy assistant to our team that wants to bring an outpatient approach to therapy into patients homes, while still being an integral part of a team centered culture.*

*QUALIFICATIONS*

* *Compassionate, energetic, positive, friendly, genuine and enthusiastic applicant.*
* *Loves to help people and is passionate about the field of physical therapy.*
* *Must have excellent communication and time management skills.*
* *Must have the ability to work well as a team member with outpatient and mobile clinicians.*
* *Must have creativity to treat in the changing environment of patient homes.*
* *Must have a strong desire to grow as a PTA. Rest assured here at Total Therapy Florida we are always striving to develop our clinical skills. This keeps us on the forefront of our profession and allows us to stay ahead of the pack.*
* *Must have 2 years experience as a PTA. Outpatient or Health experience is preferred.*
* *Lastly and above all... Someone who loves being a PTA.*
* *Degree from an accredited PTA program.*
* *Current/Valid State of Florida Physical Therapy License*
* *Must have current State Driver's License, Automotive Insurance, and dependable transportation.*

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

* *Treating patients in their home based on the Plan of Care established by a Physical Therapist.*
* *Assess patient homes to ensure maximum safety for daily living*
* *Help patients meet their goals using personalized and evidenced based interventions*
* *Timely preparation of daily encounter notes utilizing our web-based EMR.*
* *Helping to coordinate treatment as a team with PT, outpatient, and office staff.*
* *Follow Physician orders and established protocols.*
* *Tracking established clinical metrics.*
* *Willingly participating in community events and actively participating in ongoing marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice.*
* *Being a pro-active member of our team, bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.*
* *Helping to foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.*
* *Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient's satisfaction*
