Discovering Expression Speech & Language is growing!! We are a pediatric private practice in the greater Olympia, WA area looking to add additional speech-language pathologists to join our team of diverse and skilled providers. Our clinic values work-life balance, fostering growth in both individuals and as a team, personal integrity, and meeting our patients and families exactly where they are to help children learn and develop in a style that best fits them. We invite therapists to be a part of building community and helping develop the culture of our fast-growing clinic.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is:
- Looking to grow in their career and continuously expand their clinical skill sets and experience
- Flexible, fun, compassionate, and collaborative
- Excited to work (and play!) with a diverse caseload of children ages 0-18
- Experienced and/or interested in working with pediatric patients to target, *speech sound disorders, language acquisition, feeding skills, and AAC*
