*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Endodontist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in endodontics, providing exceptional patient care and performing root canal therapy and other related procedures. This role requires a strong commitment to patient assessment, treatment planning, and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and aseptic technique.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures with precision and care.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plans.
* Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-operative care.
* Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
* Stay updated on advancements in endodontics and related fields through continuous education.

*Experience*

* Proven experience in endodontics, including root canal therapy and dental extractions.
* Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is essential for success in this role. Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as an Endodontist
* Active California Dental License in good standing
* Current Endodontic Specialty Certification
* CPR, DEA, and all required state certifications must be current and valid
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to maintaining the highest standard of clinical excellence and professionalism

*Compensation*

* Based off of production 40-50%
* Scheduled would be once a month with an opportunity for more
