We are currently seeking a *motivated and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* - _entry-level applicants are welcome_ - to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work across *center-based and school-based settings*, providing supervision, training, and direct oversight of client programs.

*Position Summary:*

The BCBA will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing clinical supervision to RBTs, developing and updating treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring high-quality implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This is a *full-time subcontractor role* offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a lasting impact in clients' lives.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
* Create, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
* Provide supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians, ensuring treatment fidelity and professional growth.
* Deliver real-time feedback and coaching to staff during sessions.
* Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to promote consistency across settings.
* Track and analyze client data, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and BACB standards.
* Travel between assigned center and school sites within the designated service area.

*Qualifications:*

* *Current BCBA certification* through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
* *Master's degree* in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
* *Entry-level BCBAs are encouraged to apply.*
* *Medicaid number and vendor badge* preferred but not required.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Must have *reliable transportation* and a *valid driver's license* for local travel.

*Compensation:*

* *Hourly Rate:* $50-$70/hour (based on experience and setting).
* *Schedule:* Full-time, approximately 30-40 hours per week.
* *Employment Type:* 1099 subcontractor (no benefits).
