*Job Description*
As an *Independent Contractor Massage Therapist*, you'll enjoy the flexibility to *set your own schedule* while working in a supportive, positive, and professional environment. Our studio offers a diverse range of clients, allowing you to use your unique skills and specialties to make a difference.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide a variety of massage therapy techniques, including (but not limited to) Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage.
* Customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space.
* Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and care.
* Stay current with continuing education and industry trends.
*Qualifications*
* Valid *Arkansas State Massage Therapy License*.
* Proficient in multiple massage modalities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing your own schedule.
