A caring and passionate Physical Therapist wanted at Cedar Pine Post Acute (SNF)!

We're looking for an ON-Call RPT who is willing to provide high-quality care to residents of a 99-bed skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications:

- Licensed in the state of CA as a Physical Therapist.

- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred, but not required.

- Able to use the computer for the purposes of accessing and utilizing electronic medical documentation.

- Familiarity with NetHealth and/or PointClickCare.

- Able to work as both independently and part of a team
