*About the Role:*
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Respiratory Therapist (RT)* to join our skilled nursing team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care group, you'll help residents breathe easier, recover faster, and live better. You'll work hands-on with patients who rely on your expertise, compassion, and critical-thinking skills every day.

*What You'll Do:*
* Provide high-quality respiratory therapy services to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
* Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory treatments.
* Manage and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen systems.
* Educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory care techniques and preventive practices.
* Collaborate closely with nursing, rehabilitation, and medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
* Document all care provided in compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
*What We're Looking For:*
* *Current license* as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) in the state Ohio.
* *BLS/CPR certification* required; ACLS preferred.
* Experience in *long-term care or sub-acute rehab* settings preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
* Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
