We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RN or LPN to join our allergy team. This role offers a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and working closely with patients.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Room and prepare patients for allergy visits
* Blood draws
* Administer allergy shots, perform allergy and penicillin testing
* Provide biologic medication administration and patient education
* Manage nurse triage calls and assist patients with care coordination
* Complete scheduling, documentation, and prior authorizations for allergy services
* Maintain organized workflows and support a smooth clinic environment
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and front office staff to ensure excellent patient experiences
* Flu shots, TB tests, etc. for staff.
*Qualifications*
* Active Tennessee RN or LPN license
* Previous experience in ENT, allergy, or immunology preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
