Villa Maria is seeking a compassionate and motivated *PRN Physical Therapist* to join our dedicated *in-house rehab team* in Mulvane, KS. In this rewarding role, you'll help residents improve strength, mobility, and independence through individualized therapy programs. *What You'll Do*

* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create personalized treatment plans to help each resident reach their highest level of function.
* Provide skilled, evidence-based therapy interventions that promote mobility, balance, and overall wellness.
* Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team-including nursing, occupational therapy, and speech therapy-to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
* Educate residents and their families on home exercises, safety, and prevention strategies for sustained progress.
* Document all evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately within the EMR system.
* Foster a positive and supportive environment where residents feel encouraged and empowered.

*Qualifications*

* Current and valid *Physical Therapy license* in the state of Kansas.
* Strong clinical and communication skills with a commitment to high-quality care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, in-house team.

*Preferred Experience*

* Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or inpatient rehab setting.
* Familiarity with interdisciplinary care coordination and long-term care best practices.
