Orland Physical Therapy is looking for an Illinois Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team! Our private practice is in need a physical therapist that is motivated and willing to go the extra mile for our patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for helping individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role involves working in an outpatient setting. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing personalized care plans and implementing effective treatment strategies.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
* Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercises.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
* Collaborate and manage a physical therapist assistant and support staff
*Qualifications*
* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
* Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner.
