We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Services Director (RN) to oversee the delivery of comprehensive healthcare services within The Suites, Assistant Living. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a clinical director, with a strong background in various care settings including assisted living. As Clinical Services Director, you will conduct assessments, complete admissions and nurse delegator. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a patient-centered culture that emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

*Requirements*

Licensure

* Registered Nurse (RN).
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Name/date of birth and national fingerprint-based background checks (without disqualifications) are required for employment.

Nurse Delegation

* Knowledge and ability to perform Nurse Delegation duties with staff med techs for medication administration and completion of specific nursing tasks.

Clinical Skills:

* Conduct resident admission assessments with reassessment annually and as-needed.
* Develop and update the resident service plan to reflect individualized care needs with supportive interventions
* Excellent understanding of medical terminology essential for accurate documentation review and communication within healthcare teams.
* Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to inform clinical decision-making and resident assessments.
* Proficiency in EMR systems for documentation review, patient monitoring, and medical records management.

Oversight and Compliance

* Proven experience in senior living settings or assisted living with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
* Supervising experience in managing nursing teams.
* Familiarity with Medicaid, WAC and RCW regulations for senior living.
* Experience managing shift schedules, staffing levels, and operational workflows in fast-paced healthcare settings.
* Strong leadership skills with the capacity to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure resident confidentiality is maintained at all times.
