*Position:* Massage Therapist
*Location:* Elite Spa - 825 S Huron Rd, Green Bay, WI
*Hours:* Flexible, but we prefer availability for at least one closing shift per week (we close at 7pm) and our Saturday hours are 9am-5pm. We are closed Sundays!
*Competitive Pay Structure*
* *Entry-level LMTs (right out of school):* $34 per 60 minute massage.
* Experienced LMT's pay is based on experience!
* *TIPS are additional!*
*Flexible Scheduling That Works for YOU*
We prioritize your well-being and want you to love coming to work:
* Every massage includes an *extra 15-minute recovery period* between sessions
* By request, we can extend your recovery time to *30 minutes per service*
* Most of our full-time therapists prefer *4-5 massages per day*-but we support whatever feels sustainable for you, even if it's just *2-3 per day*
* We encourage *open communication* about your schedule load to prevent burnout
What We're Looking For:
* A talented and reliable therapist who can perform *exceptional sports or deep tissue massage*
* Someone who can take on *12-15 massages per week*, including *at least one evening shift and Saturdays*
* Individuals passionate about client care and creating an excellent spa experience
* Both *new grads and experienced LMTs* are encouraged to apply
