*Full Time Physical Therapy Position for Outpatient, Musculoskeletal*

*EPIC PT is a fun family owned sports performance outpatient physical therapy clinic. We have expanded throughout the triangle region. We have 1-on-1 hour long appointments which we find is best for the patients and the work life balance of our clinicians, which is important to us! We would love to meet you and give you more information about the position!*

* *Able to work in an integrative practice with patients that are receiving other therapies: manipulative therapy, Dry Needling, IASTM, mobility work, sports performance, etc.*
* *Provides physical therapy in an outpatient physical therapy clinic while working well with ATC or PTA as a team while collaborating well with other therapists in the outpatient clinic.*
* *Provides and directs physical therapy services to patients including: assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation for one-on-one patient care for one hour long appointments for 40 hours/week formatted as 4, 10 hour days.*
* *Able to include the following therapy plan: therapeutic exercises, proprioceptive training, neuromuscular reeducation, gait analysis and home exercise plan*
* *Document in electronic medical records efficiently*
* *Communicate with the clinical director regarding evaluations with progress notes including daily subjective, objectives, clinical goals and frequency of care when necessary*
* *Perform comprehensive, caring evaluations on new patients, establish achievable goals and develop actionable treatment plans*
* *Identify a patient's needs and exhibit compassion, caring, and empathy tailored to individual patient differences*
* *Take ownership of obtaining necessary additional information and suggesting revisions in treatment as appropriate*
* *Document all evaluations, treatments and other pertinent patient interactions in accordance with company policy*
* *Skillfully and safely progress patients through their levels of treatment until successful completion of care and return fully to goals*
* *Actively pursue professional growth through affiliation with professional PT associations, workshop attendance and conferences*
