Exceptional Dentistry is a family-run practice led by Dr. Kristen Berning and Dr. Alexia Oetken. We take pride in providing high-quality, compassionate care in a modern, welcoming environment. *What to Expect* You'll be joining a supportive hygiene team that enjoys working together. We focus on a collaborative environment where we help each other out to ensure the day goes smoothly for everyone.
* *Pace of Care:* We schedule *50-60 minute adult hygiene appointments* so you have the time you need to provide thorough care and build relationships with your patients.
* *A Focus on Balance:* Our patient hours end at 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm, which our team appreciates for the extra time it gives them outside of the office.
* *Technology:* We use Dentrix, Dexis, Cavitrons, intraoral cameras, voice perio charting, and soft tissue lasers to help you do your best work.
*The Schedule* We are ideally looking for *2 days per week*. We are very open to discussing which days work best for you and are happy to be flexible to fit your needs.
* *Monday & Tuesday:* 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
* *Wednesday & Thursday:* 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
* *Summer Hours (June-August):* Monday-Thursday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
