Chester Creek Dental is expanding!
We are looking to add another licensed dental assistant to our amazing team.
At Chester Creek Dental we put a huge emphasis on patient and team member well-being. Many of our team members have been with us for 20+ years and can attest to the caring environment we provide. We are family-owned and plan to stay that way.
Our ideal candidate would exhibit the following:
- Great social skills and the ability to easily connect with patients
- Warmth, compassion and interest in people and what makes them unique
- Team-oriented and always helping other team members
- Interest and proficiency in digital scanning, making temporary crowns, doing lab work, etc.
- Non-judgmental understanding for each patient's situation
- Passion for learning and expanding your skills
- Obsession with patient comfort and the ability to read and respond to nonverbal cues of discomfort from patients during treatment
