*What You'll Do*
* Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community)
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments
* Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
* Provide supervision to RBTs and direct parent training
* Maintain strong clinical documentation and data-driven decision-making

* Reliable transportation & valid ID
* BCBA Certification
* Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)

*Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)*
* *$85,000-$105,000 starting salary (based on experience, credentials, and availability).*
