*Qualifications*
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Periodontics residency program
Active state dental license (or eligibility) in Maryland
Board certification or eligibility (preferred)
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
