Position Summary

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans that promote independence, function, and quality of life. You will work closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, goal-oriented therapy services.

Essential Responsibilities

* Evaluate residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and care plans
* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams to ensure coordinated care
* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, progress, and adaptive strategies
* Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely per regulations
* Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies
* Contribute positively to a culture of respect, teamwork, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

* Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state (or eligible for licensure)
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
* Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred, but not required
* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
* A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
* Desire to be part of a positive, evolving organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
