*Job Summary*
Join our "no drama" dental team 2-5 days per week, you choose the days! We have been serving the Appleton area for over 20 years with several employees who have been with us that long! We see one-year olds to 101+ year-olds and have a stable, patient focused environment building long-term relationships. Sign on bonus and tuition reimbursement available.

*Duties*

* Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments, ensuring optimal oral health for patients with Air Purifiers in every room.
* Perform periodontal treatment as needed with SRP and Arestin placement
* Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions to develop appropriate treatment plans.
* Take digital X-rays Dexis/Dentrix and use Diagnodent caries detector
* Educate patients on their individualized dental health needs
* Voice-activated periodontal charting
* Place sealants as needed
* Timely doctor exams and assistance with room turnover and sterilization
* Utilize nitrous oxide sedation as required by patient
* Perform local anesthetic as needed for yourself and doctor (if licensed)
* Attend monthly team meetings with free catered lunch
* Attend off-site team building outings
* Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice in a clinical setting.
* Job open to new graduates or less than one year experience

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
