This individual's job responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:
1.) Ensuring all meds are passed timely
2.) Assessing elders for change of conditions
3.) Supervising nursing aides
4.) Referring elders to other disciplines as indicated
5.) Informing elders' families of any changes in condition
6.) Providing documentation in accordance with facility policies
7.) Consulting with physicians regarding elders' needs
8.) Development of care plans of elders upon admission
9.) Performing written assessments per facility protocol
10.) Proficient Point Click Care experience or willing to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
