Our facility is currently seeking an energetic and compassionate *PRN, in-house *Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation to both our short-term and long-term residents. This position prioritizes quality resident care and overall job performance and minimizes attention to the traditional productivity measures placed on therapists. The ideal candidate will understand and strive to develop resident-centered goals that are reflective of a successful return to prior levels of function and best quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Assessing, evaluating, and treating short-term and long-term residents that would benefit from skilled physical therapy services
* Completing quality and timely documentation, such as evaluations, re-certifications, and discharges
* Directly and indirectly supervising physical therapist assistants
* Conducting quarterly screens and/or evaluations on long-term residents
* Developing and assisting with overseeing restorative nursing programs
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Contributing to the overall needs of the facility and facility staff

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
