We're looking for an *experienced, organized, and systems-driven RN* to join our leadership team as a *Clinical Care Manager / RN Supervisor*.

*Schedule*

* *Four 10-hour shifts per week*
* Days determined at hire (flexible based on team needs)

*What You'll Do*

As RN Supervisor, you'll oversee the *clinical operations of your shift*, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.

You'll serve as a key leader-supporting nursing staff, coordinating with providers, and ensuring strong clinical outcomes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Supervise and support *RNs, LPNs, and CNAs*
* Coordinate *resident care, treatments, and medication administration*
* Communicate with *physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, and families*
* Assess residents and respond to *changes in condition or emergencies*
* Lead *admissions, discharges, and care planning collaboration*
* Investigate incidents (falls, skin issues, etc.) and implement prevention strategies
* Maintain *appropriate staffing levels and workflow efficiency*
* Participate in *QAPI and quality improvement initiatives*
* Support staff development, coaching, and accountability
* Ensure compliance with *policies, procedures, and regulatory standards*

*What We're Looking For*

* *Active RN license (Michigan)*
* *3+ years of experience* in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
* Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable handling *clinical emergencies and independent decisions*
* A team-first mindset with a focus on *accountability and professionalism*
