Veterinary medicine is hard, but it's also beautiful.
It's the moment anesthesia runs smoothly because you're paying attention to every detail. It's the patient who wakes up safely because you never looked away. It's the quiet confidence of knowing your skills made a real difference.
If you're looking for a place where that kind of work matters, welcome to Lincolndale.
*Who We Are*
We're a small (but mighty) AAHA-accredited small-animal practice in Westchester County, serving a loyal community of pet owners who genuinely appreciate what we do. We're known for warm relationships, high-quality medicine, and thoughtful care: for our patients, our clients, and each other.
We believe great medicine happens when skilled technicians are trusted, supported, and allowed to do what they're trained to do.
We're growing, and we're looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician to grow with us.
*Where You Come In*
This is a hands-on, full-scope technician role.
You won't be underutilized. You won't be sidelined. You'll practice to the full extent of your license and play a central role in patient care, anesthesia, dentistry, and daily clinical workflow.

You'll:
* Assist with exams, diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures
* Perform venipuncture, place catheters, and administer medications
* Induce, monitor, and recover patients from anesthesia
* Support dental procedures including scaling, polishing, charting, and radiographs
* Process in-house and reference lab diagnostics
* Monitor surgery and post-op patients and recognize clinical changes
* Maintain accurate medical records and treatment logs
* Provide clear discharge instructions and client education
* Act as a bridge between clients and veterinarians to ensure understanding and trust
* Help mentor assistants and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team
* Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and ensure equipment is ready when needed
You'll be a critical part of what makes the day run well, and what makes our medicine strong.

* Experience in a high-quality, client-focused practice
*What You'll Get*
* A role where your skills are fully utilized and respected
