The Charge Nurse (RN) is responsible to oversee and administer healthcare services to our Seniors. The Charge Nurse supervises the nurse aides, is a point of contact for families and work directly with local physicians, pharmacists, and other specialists. The applicant must have good communication skills, be organized, and relate well to Seniors. We are looking for "smile facilitators" to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our elderly residents.
Benefits include daily Dad Jokes from the Administrator, Child care financial assistance, health, life, vision, dental and 401K. PTO program along with holiday pay.
Flexible schedule can be either 12 hour shifts or traditional 8 hour shifts. Shift differentials are available.
Faith Home is a 50-bed nursing home and part of the Faith Lutheran Home campus CCRC. We are a faith-based nonprofit that just celebrated our 57th year of service.
