PracticeMatch is now conducting an Advanced Practitioner compensation survey on an annual basis to report trends in salary, sign-on bonuses, and job satisfaction by profession and specialty.
Salary levels reported by PAs and NPs are very similar to one another. PAs had slightly higher % at the higher income levels, but otherwise the two groups were very satisfied.
For both groups, most (3/4) earn between $76,000 and $125,000 annually.
