Revere Medical Primary Care - Haverhill is seeking an experienced Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected and busy community-based practice in Haverhill, Massachusetts. This position will have the opportunity to work in partnership with an experienced primary care physician. There is also opportunity for an experienced provider to practice independently.  Prior experience in a primary care setting is preferred. Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of an approved formal education program which has as its objective the preparation of professional nurses to practice as nurse practitioner
• Demonstrated ability to care for a diverse patient population, including acute and chronic disease management as an NP required
• Demonstrated ability to care for a broad range of ages as a nurse practitioner required (ages 16 and up)
