Practice Overview:
• EMR Platform – EPIC
• Outpatient care at NGPG Family Health Associates, Georgia
• Current Practice: 3 Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
• Hours:
• M – F: 8:00 – 4:30 pm
• Treating ages newborn and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses
• Access to lab services, x-ray, and EKG
• Minor office procedures (prior experience not required)
• Adequate support staff to maintain efficiency and patient care
• Easy access to specialists
• Call limited to phone calls
• Caring for patients in a growing community

Working together with Advanced Practitioners like you:
• Certified Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner
• Two years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Passion for quality and patient care
• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
