Chicago, IL:  Several BE/BC Nurse Midwives needed ASAP to work for  established provider of community health and social service organization.  Spanish language skills are very much preferred.  The Ob/Gyn group has 3 Ob/Gyns and 5 Nurse Midwives. PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY: 

• Several Board Eligible/Board Certified Nurse Midwives are needed to work for an established provider of community health and social service organization. 
  
  
• Availability of these Nurse Midwives Positions:  This community health and social service organization’s priority is to fill these Nurse Midwife positions as soon as possible. 
  
  

Desired/Ideal Qualifications:

• Candidates who have some work experience are preferred.

• Has an active Illinois license.

• Spanish language skills are very much preferred.
  
  
• The Nurse Midwife will provide women’s health and guidance services.

• The office is staffed with Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Dentistry, OB/Gyn and Midwifery providers.

• The Ob/Gyn group currently has three OB/Gyn providers and five Nurse Midwifes.

• Call is 1:8.

• The new Nurse Midwives will admit to a large teaching hospital.  It has a Level 3 NICU.  It also has all state-of-the art equipment, including Da Vinci Robotics.

• They have a Pharmacy and a Walk-in Wellness Center.

• They have a dedicated staff and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• They cater to a bi-lingual and bi-cultural Hispanic population, providing integrated services in community health.
