APP Cardiology: Outpatient Only, No Call, 4-Day Workweek

Washington State 

Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance: 4-Day Workweek with No Call, Nights or Weekends
• Average 14-16 patients per day
• Epic EMR with integrated AI virtual scribe

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary: $120K-$140K commensurate with experience
• Signing Bonus: $30K
• Student loan repayment up to $90K
• Relocation: $15K
• PTO: 42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)
• Health/Dental/Vision: 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
• Retirement: annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)

Qualifications: 

• Degree: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 
• Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Licensure: Must have an active or be able to obtain a Washington State license
• Experience: No new graduates
