Job Description

SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500-physician multi-specialty group, is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Cardiology Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP).  An ideal candidate will have previous cardiology experience or experience as a clinic provider in a related area.  This collegial, hard-working group of physicians and advanced practitioners provides interventional, non-interventional and electrophysiology services.  The Cardiology Division is well recognized among their peers for outstanding quality data, excellence in care and service to patients throughout our 18-county service area. 

Additional Details:

  • 100% clinic-based role including up to 50% outreach clinic with anticipated 1-3 days of outreach clinic per week
  • Outreach locations are generally within 60 minutes’ drive of Madison, WI and can be flexible depending on candidate's home location (current sites include Baraboo, Portage, Beaver Dam, Dodgeville, Janesville and Fort Atkinson)
  • Monday-Friday clinic hours with option of four 10-hour days one fully onboarded
  • NO call, weekends or holidays
  • A competitive market salary and signing bonus will be offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Prefer post-education experience in cardiology
  • Wisconsin registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or licensed physician assistant
