Pain Management - NP or PA - St. Cloud, MN

CentraCare is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to work with our Integrated Pain Management clinic in St. Cloud, MN.

In this role, you will be providing comprehensive pain management services by optimizing medication, physical therapy, behavioral health, lifestyle medicine, neuromodulation, and injections.  You will be able to practice independently as part of an interdisciplinary team in a collaborative model of care.  You will also build a skillset to perform in-clinic injections and develop your interests in this exciting field.  You can expect to see patients experiencing: 

• Chronic neck and back pain
• Joint pain
• Fibromyalgia
• Complex regional pain syndrome
• Visceral pain
• Neuropathic pain

Details: 

• Full-time 1.0 FTE clinic position
• Monday-Friday, day shifts 
• Possibility of virtual/remote 1 day per week
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call coverage
• Outreach coverage possible 

Requirements:

 To be eligible for this position you must meet the following requirements:

• Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant 
• Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota
• BLS Certification

Experience:

Position open to new graduates with relevant work experience.  AGNP certification accepted.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $107,827.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience 
• Salary range: $107,827.20 - $137,134.40 per year 
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
