Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $120K-$140K (negotiable based on experience)
• Retirement: 4% employer match
• Time Off: 23 PTO days, 10 paid holidays, and 5 CME days
• CME Support: $3,000 annual CME allowance

Qualifications: 

• Licensure: D.C. CNM license
• Experience: 1–3 years preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (AHA)
• ACLS (preferred)
