Cardiology - Advanced Practitioner

•  Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care.
•  Perform patient evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and manage follow-up care, ensuring continuity and high-quality outcomes.
•  Collaborate with your supervising physician and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
•  Participate in community outreach, patient education, and cardiovascular research.
• Order, interpret and analyze diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe and administer medications and physical therapy as necessary.
• Participants in quality assurance and quality improvement for patient care.
• Works within a multidisciplinary team.
• Additional duties as assigned by leadership.

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Studies
• Graduate of accredited program 
• Arizona Advanced Practice  license
• Must hold and maintain National Certificate as an NP/PA in area of specialty under AZ regulations
• Valid DEA registration
• RNFA or in process
• Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Cardiovascular Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including but not limited to the following.

Some details:

• Mix of patient volumes but high cases of medicaid, uninsured, underinsured.
• Clinic approx 2 days per week with a mix of inpatient call. 
• Daily inpatient and consults.
• Work week will vary depending on assignment of Inpatient vs Outpatient. The usual scheduled day starts at 7:30 am and is until about 5pm but can be dependent on the attending physician.
• Call - Required 1 weekend per month. Anything extra is compensated with additional pay.
• Developing service line.
