Job Type: Full-Time

Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, Illinois is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Primary Care team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a well-established outpatient setting.


Position Overview:
• Full-time position in an outpatient primary care clinic
• See patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
• Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
• Manage your own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care
• Monday–Friday schedule with minimal call responsibility

• Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Illinois
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related field
• Prior experience in primary care preferred but not required
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
