Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant | Carbondale, IL | Southern Illinois Healthcare

Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH) is looking for a Family Medicine APP to join our physician-led medical group in Carbondale, IL. This onsite position will focus primarily on telehealth visits with in-person care as needed. 

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient setting, Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p
• Serves as backup provider for system-wide PCPs
• Telehealth patients primarily, in-person visits as needed or requested
• Epic EMR with Ambient Listening capabilities

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse
• Current NCCPA certificate as a Physician Assistant or AACC certificate as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• Active DEA license or ability to apply prior to or upon hire
