Position Overview

As an Orthopedic Provider at INTEGRIS Health, you will:

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients regain mobility and function.

• Collaborate with a team of skilled physicians, surgeons, and therapists to deliver comprehensive orthopedic care.

• Play an integral role in expanding access to orthopedic services in underserved communities.

Qualifications:

• Requires a degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.
• Requires current BLS certification.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Driving record acceptable to INTEGRIS Health insurance

The INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital campus includes 207 licensed beds throughout three facilities. The hospital enjoys the distinctions of being the only non-profit, faith-based hospital in Enid and having served the Enid area longer than any other general hospital. INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital offers acute care and diagnostic services, skilled nursing, a cancer center, a state of the art Heart Center, a cardiac catheterization laboratory, cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, geriatric behavioral health services, OB/GYN services, home health services and occupational health services.  In 2003, the hospital completed an $8.2 million expansion project that tripled the size of the Emergency Department and included a new Womens Center. The INTEGRIS Health Enid Pavilion is a separately houses O/P Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services, Occupational Health Clinic, and Pain Clinic. INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital Meadowlake offers both acute and residential behavioral health services to children and adolescents. Adult services are offered on an outpatient basis. INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. It is a member of the Oklahoma Hospital Association, American Hospital Association and VHA.

Enid is a regional medical referral community of 50,000 located 80 miles North of Oklahoma City.  Enid also continues to be the economic, social, medical, political, and educational hub of Northwest Oklahoma. Not only is it the largest retail trade center in the area, serving a customer base of more than 200,000 people throughout Northwest Oklahoma and Southwest Kansas, but its diversified economy continues to provide jobs for the people of the area, and opportunity for future growth.  The Greater Enid Area offers superb access to both public and private common education, Northern Oklahoma College and Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Autry Vo-Tech offers skills training for both high school and post high school students and has pro­grams in a variety of areas. The school boasts a comprehensive aircraft maintenance training program that is highly successful in training aircraft mechanics, and the school also offers industry training in a variety of areas.
