Adult Medicine APP Opportunity-Chestnut Hill, MA

Revere Medical is seeking a full-time BE/ BC Adult Medicine Advanced Practitioner for a busy employed practice located in Chestnut Hill, MA. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative and communications skills and have a strong commitment to serve our patient population. Join a team of two providers in this well-established Boston area practice. Excellent compensation and an attractive comprehensive benefits package are offered.   

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Nurse Practitioner’s
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role
• Comfortable using new technology and software
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
